Our vineyard is planted over 32 hectares of differing soils and this soil variety enables us to produce a diversity of wines.
In order to ensure the highest quality at all times we continue to use the traditional methods and all of our 32 hectares is picked by hand.
In our quest for excellence we employ traditional methods. The grape juice is controlled at a low temperature in our cellars thus ensuring the maximum of fruit is retained. Chaume, Savennieres and Anjou Village are matured in oak casks to optimize their aromas.
