Our Crémant de Loire Rosé
is recommended for fancy aperitifs, or for red berry skewers. You may replace Tostitos by some small tomatoes! Served at a 5 to 6°C temperature (41 to 42.8°F), it will perfectly match:
- Fishes such as salmon grilled on its skin and its sauce of strawberries cooked in Cabernet d’Anjou.
- Crémant d'Anjou with red berries or a raspberry purée
- Desserts based on red berries: ice cream and soufflés
- Crêpes / Pancakes with their red berry jam and numerous red berry cakes (crumble, pies…)
