A Sensory Experience
Our Crémant de Loire Blanc has a limpid and light yellow robe, with fine and long lasting bubbles. Aromas coming from Chardonnay are crisp. Those of Chenin Blanc are ample, with a hint of linden, apricot and lemongrass. It is capped by the spicy and fruity aromas of Cabernet. Secondly, we can perceive the olfactory nuances brought by its stay on lees (Viennoiseries, brioche, almonds, hazelnuts ...).
The first impression in mouth is crisp, emphasized by very fine bubbles. Soft and light aromas of white flowers and fruits make our Crémant perfectly balanced. A reasonable acidity gives the whole a nice harmony and a great freshness.
Wine and Food Matching
Its balance and the fineness of its bubbles are refreshing. It goes well for aperitive, pastries, ice cream, meringue and chocolate desserts.
